Is there anything more "girly" than afternoon tea? If so, I really can't think what it is! Yesterday Jeri had her stamping party at my house and our theme was "afternoon tea and stamping." I gave everyone permission to leave the hats and gloves at home. Even though everyone was dressed comfortably, we did enjoy our tea in pretty china cups and we also had some tea-time treats--- chocolate dipped strawberries, miniature brownies with raspberry buttercream icing, tiny quiches, and some yummy zucchini-parmesan puffs. I decided that an afternoon of tea and stamping needed a very girly card to go along with our theme, so here's one of the cards we made. I just love how you can dress this up or down, depending on the designer paper and background that you use. Everyone really enjoyed creating this adorable card. The second card was a direct copy of a card that Stampin'Up! Co-Founder and CEO Shelli Gardner presented recently on Good Day Utah. I liked the card so much that we just re-created it as closely as possible to Shelli's original. Here it is...
